Materials and Technologies

Natural materials are used in the production and construction of our playgrounds — wood, metal, wood chips, sand, and pebbles — which decompose naturally in nature without harming the environment. All materials have the necessary certificates.

Oak is used in cases where a tree of geometrically complex, whimsical form is needed to create an image. Oak for our playgrounds is harvested in the Kursk region. Initially, the tree is debarked and dried, then treated with fire retardant, bio-protection, and oil. The warranty on the wooden parts of our products is 10 years.

Metal elements are used as a frame for wooden parts, as support posts, and as standalone architectural elements. They are manufactured at the facilities of our regional partners in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan. During the manufacturing of metal structural elements, our engineers visit the production site and are also обязательно present during the control assembly. Finished structures undergo sandblasting treatment, after which they are coated with polyurethane or powder paint. For the metal structures of our playgrounds, we often choose gray color, as it does not distract attention from the natural colors of the unpainted elements of our playground. Upon the client’s request, painting in RAL scale colors is possible. The warranty on the metal parts of our products is 20 years.

Composite six-strand anti-vandal ropes made of UV-resistant polypropylene threads with a steel core are installed on our playgrounds. Such ropes cannot be cut without the use of special electrical tools.

Nets made of parachute webbing are woven according to our diagrams in the city of Ivanovo, which is famous throughout the country for its weaving industry.

For linear structures, we use larch. Larch is a tall, straight, strong, and elastic wood. It is resistant to frost and other natural elements; in Northern European forests, it is second only to oak in density. Larch for our playgrounds is harvested and processed in the Sverdlovsk region. Initially, the wood is debarked and dried, then treated with fire retardant, bio-protection, and oil. The warranty on the wooden parts of our products is 10 years.
