We are the architectural bureau Chekharda that starts as a creative partnership of two architects Daria Bychkova & Maria Pomelova. We create natural playgrounds that compensate for the lack of contact with pure nature in urban life. We believe that the only way to grow up a humane person is to do this in natural environment close to human nature.

We build play spaces in city and suburban parks, backyards & residential complexes, embankments & squares. We implement projects of interiors for kindergartens & kids clubs. We create idea & concept, make a design, produce & assemble equipment, help with maintenance.

We are dedicated to wood as the primary material for our natural playgrounds. The unique feature of the bureau is that we use unaltered geometry trees with uncut wood & branches. We are able to work with non-linear forms & to create playing art objects that delight & amaze people and at the same time correspond with strict safety standards.Each of our play spaces fits ideally to the surroundings & becomes evolving environment for children of all ages.
